We are Layla and Carine, the initiators of the Curaçao Box. We both have been living on this beautiful island of Curaçao for several years. We love the creativity of the local entrepreneurs and are always interested in new sustainable and locally made products.

Our mission is to increase the awareness of the entrepreneurs behind the products but also to stimulate the creation of new local made goods.
About the Box
How it started
We started the idea of the Curaçao Box to show the inhabitants and visitors of the island all the beautiful products that are locally made and to support the young entrepreneurs of those products. As any island, Curacao is highly dependent on import of goods. However, if you look closely, there are so many great goods made on the island. We gathered the best local made food and non-food products and try to inform people about these local entrepreneurs and the story behind their products.

We have collected and combined the products into beautiful gift boxes that are great as a gift for yourself or for a loved one. All the products are of high quality, and made with care and dedication and thereby stimulate conscious consuming.
